Ordered the wrong size?
Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size within 5 business days of delivery to you. Please contact us swiftly.
Exchanges can ONLY be made on Ready To Wear Items. Custom items or items that would require an undergarment to try on are not exchangeable. We can deny exchanges if items are not in original condition based on our discretion.
How to Make An Exchange?
First, contact us to verify that order can be exchanged. All exchanges must be shipped back within a week of exchange verification. Exchanges should include note with order number, new size, and current email or phone number.
When you ship to us, please keep record of tracking information.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We are liable for any errors and will take full responsibility. We believe in transparency and therefore, we will always try to help.
